Overview of the MultiConverter products line

Additional functions of the Server Edition - overview
- The Mapping between iGrafx elements and Visio shapes can be edited to manually influence the conversion process
- Custom stencil, allows users to store shapes that are not part of the standard Visio shape set – so they are used during the conversion
- Call the converter by command line
- Monitors the directories for permanent conversion of directory structures
- Web interface for easy end user conversions
How does the MultiConverter product work?
The MultiConverter product loads the data to be converted into the source software and detects relevant data to determine the visualization of the content. Based on this the template provides 1:1 conversion to Microsoft Visio.
Advanced functionality of the Server Edition
The MultiConverter Server Edition uses the highly rated engine of the MultiConverter. In addition to the functionality of the Standard Version it offers an editable mapping between iGrafx elements and Visio Shapes or an editable additional shape stencil, which enables you to influence the result of the conversion. The server edition allows the monitoring of server directories and directory trees for an automatic conversion of all files that are shortlisted.
Conversion in the network (Server Edition)
The Server Edition enables you to specify shared network directories for data conversion. The MultiConverter Server Edition offers the ideal solution for companies with multiple locations.
Web interface expansion (Server Edition only)
The web interface of the MultiConverter Server Edition is an extension that can be optionally installed. It enables the upload of files from any client in the corporate network to the MultiConverter Server for conversion. After the conversion, the users can directly download the files.

- Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
- Microsoft Office Visio 2007 for the conversion machine (Visio 2002/2000/2007 file format is supported for the conversion output)
- source software e.g. Corel Draw X3 for Corel Draw and Corel Design files, iGrafx for iGrafx files

- Microsoft Windows Server 2003 or Windows Server 2008 (installation on Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Windows Vista or Windows 7 is possible but not recommended)
- Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0
- Microsoft Office Visio 2007 for the conversion machine (Visio 2002/2000/2007 file format is supported for the conversion output)
- source software e.g. Corel Draw 12 for Corel Draw and Corel Design files, iGrafx FlowCharter for iGrafx files
- ASP.NET (for the web interface)
